1. Once you are in the Main Screen, Check the Time on the Screen.
2. Take a Calculator and deduct the time by “9999”
i.e. If the time on the screen is 15:50
then 9999-1550=8449
Multiply the answer by same
then 8449 X 8449 = 71385601
The super password is 71385601
3. Now on the fingerprint device Press Menu
4. Enter “8888”
5. Press OK
6. Enter the Super Password and click ok.
7. Now you will be able to Enter the Menu and Clear the Admin Password

1. Power Off the Device
2. Power On the Device while Pressing the Tamper Switch
3. Release the Tamper Switch once the Device Completely boots up and main screen appears.
4. Once you are in the Main Screen wait between 30-40 Seconds and press the Menu button.
5. Now you will be able to enter to the Menu and you will be able to remove the Admin Password or Admin Privileges.
